Emily Spencer - 2005-05-14 My oldest daughter who is 10 years old got a dwarf bunnie when the bunnie was 9 weeks old. My daughter has since joined 4H and her bunny, Ellie, is a perfect show bunny. Ellie is an Opal. These bunnies are the perfect size for children.
MJ Williamson - 2005-05-13 We had a beautiful Netherland Dwarf Bunny who came into our lives on Christmas eve 1997 (literally) someone abandoned her and a neighbor knocked on our door. We named her Angel and she was one. Sadly our precious Angel passed away on April 28, 2005. She was a true princess, the best pet ever, she was litter box trained and when we were home had the run of the house (when we were away she was confined to two rooms). Angel brought us much joy with her antics (she would sit under the bird cage hoping to catch some seeds and jump up on to you lap to watch TV with you). Although we were blessed to have had her for 8 years my husband and I miss her very much and are in the process on adopting 2 more Netherland dwarf rabbits to love.

JOYCE&MARIO - 2005-04-20 WE JUST RECENTLY THIS WEEK BOUGHT OUR FIRST NETHERLAND DWARF BUNNY. WE ALWAYS ENJOYED GOING TO THE LOCAL PET STORE AND CHECKING OUT ALL THE CUTE FURRIES. WE HAVE REALLY BEEN TALKING ABOUT A BABY OR CHILDREN BUT AT THE MOMENT WE ARENT WHERE WE NEED TO BE FOR THAT SO TO CURB OUR URGES WE WERE THINKING ABOUT ADOPTING A PET MOSTLY THINKING FERRETS, IVE ALWAYS LIKED BUNNYS BUT NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT ADOPTING ONE. ONE DAY WE WERE MAKING OUR USUAL VISIT TO THE PET STORE AND THATS THE DAY I MET "EMILY" I ASKED TO HOLD HER SHE WAS SO CUTE IN HER CAGE. SHE IS SOLID WHITE WITH PAINTBRUSH GREY TIPPED EARS. I CUDDLED HER FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WAS IN LOVE. SHE IS NOW OUR DAUGHTER AND WE LOVE HER SO MUCH, SHE IS SO ADORABLE, AND CALM, VERY LOVING AND LOVES TO GIVE ME KISSES BY LICKING ME.WE BOUGHT A "PURSE CARRIER" AND SHE ENJOYS GOING DOWNTOWN WITH US AND EATING WITH US. I JUST HAD TO ADD MY STORY AS IM REALLY EXCITIED ABOUT OUR NEW ADDITION.

christine - 2005-04-06 I just recently received my netherland from my husband as an easter gift. she is great. she is incredibly loving. a real laugh. we put a pillowcase in her bed as a cushion and she pulls it out and flips it around and plays under. it its very funny to watch. its great to have an animal that will be around for my son and I to learn about together.
These are the cutest rabbits one could imagine! They come in about 36 different varieties (more than any other breed!) all of which stay very small!
