My Lop Hollands name is Rebeka Picasso Furrybottom. She was born March 27, 2005. I bought her when she was a little over a month old. Rebeka was also the smallest of her litter. The breeder I bought her from said that Rebeka wasn't "showable". I took one look at Rebeka and knew that she was "First in Show" to me. She was shy and jumped at every new noise at first. Now Rebeka is a beautiful 6 month old bundle of love. She loves to give me whisker kisses, climb all over me and nibble on everything. Rebeka loves graham crackers, strawberries, oranges, carrots, lettuce and parsley. I am currently training her on a leash and will soon be starting her on litter box training. Rebeka is my very first pet and one of the best things that ever happened to me.

I AM THE OWNER OF AN ADORABLE HOLLAND LOP NAMED THUMPER. I GOT HIM FOR CHRISTMAS 2004, HE WAS 4 MONTHS OLD AT THE TIME. HE IS SPOILED ROTTEN, LOVES TO BE BRUSHED. HIS FAVORITE PLAYTIME IS WHEN HUSBAND DRAGS AN OLD DISH TOWEL AROUND FLOOR IN KITCHEN AND HE HOPS ON FOR A RIDE. WE NOW HAVE TO SPELL OUT R-A-G OR HIS EARS GO RIGHT OUT AND HE RUNS FOR IT, SO SILLY. HE LOVES ROMAINE LETTUCE, RAW CORN ON COB AND CARROTS WITH THEIR LEAFY HEADS STILL ATTACHED. HE IS A JOY THOUGH SOMETIMES HE DOES GET INTO MISCHIEF, LIKE CHEWING THE PHONE, MOUSE AND ICU WIRES IN COMPUTER ROOM, THANK GOD THE COMPUTER WAS OFF, LOL.
I RECOMMEND THIS BREED TO ANYONE, JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE WIRES!!!!

I HAVE A HOLLANDLOP BUNNY, SHE IS 3 MONTHS OLD. I GOT HER WHEN SHE WAS 5 WEEKS OLD. SHE IS SO LOVABLE, GENTLE, AND VERY HANDABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN. I HAVE 2 KIDS AND THEY LOVE HER AND HANDLE HER ALL THE TIME. SHE PUTS HER FACE OUT OF THE CAGE AND LICKS OUR NOSES, AND LETS US KISS HER. SHE IS SO CUTE. SHE ALSO WALKS ON A LEASH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BREED TO ANYONE. JUST LOVE THEM, THEY TRUELY ARE LOVEBUGS.

I just adopted a BEW Holland Lop and love him to pieces. Rabbits make WONDERFUL house pets. There are thousands of adoptable rabbits at shelters and rescue wanting a loving home, especially after Easter. Rabbits can be litter trained. They do well on a diet of timothy hay, fresh greens, a small amount of pellets, fresh water and fresh fruit as a treat. Out-of-cage play time is highly recommended, as is an indoor home.

Holland Lop Rabbits, in my opinion, are one of the best pets you can have. I have a Holland Lop rabbit whose name is Princess. She is so personable! She is an inside rabbit although we often take her outside to run. She absolutely loves a good run. These rabbits need a lot of attention. They should get out at least once a day. Whether you let them run in the kitchen, outside, in a basement, or anywhere else, they'll still appreciate it. You need to be commited to making sure your pet has a good enviroment, such as making sure their cage is clean and not where they could be badly frightened by something. Make sure to ask a parent about getting one of these pets that are great for all ages. Or if you have one, keep it healthy. Rember: your rabbit depends on you!

I fell in love with Holland Lops so I went out and bought one, well so I thought. The pet store I bought my buddy from told me that he was Holland Lop. But now that he is full grown I noticed that he is definitely mixed with something else because his ears dont hang straight down his face, they stick out like air plane wings! He is the cutest thing though and I wouldnt trade him for the world. Just for anyone who is thinking about buying one, make sure the pet store you are getting it from knows that the bunny is full Holland lop.
