i have 2 water snakes and had them for 4 months now and they have been doing well. they like to hunt and eat live fish so i added live guppies (male and female) so i dont have to worry about feeding time. guppies grow and reproduce quite fast. i also feed them live worms.

i just got my dumpy tree frog today, he is really bright green. He is amazing, at the petstore he was in a little ball like position but now that he is in his tank he just spreads out and it looks soo funny. the littlest things he does amaze me but i just dont know what to name him. i think it is a girl becuase it is kinda big and doesnt have black spots in his toes, but im not sure.

Of all exotics pets Emperor Scorpions are by far the most amazing. Bought Napolean 18 months ago and she gave birth to a brood about a year ago... Nothing has been more interesting than watching and helping these children of the Emp grow and mature.

I just got my albino corn snake and he is so friendly. He/she likes to climb up my shirt and perch on my sholder. He is just a baby but he is so much fun. I recommend this friendly snake to anyone!

I own 3 honduran milk snakes, 2 tangerines (male and female), and a female tri-color. I bought the hondurans because I like the bright colors and I wanted a snake that was going to get 5 to 7 ft. My females are 2 yrs old and 5 ft long and as round as a ping pong ball, my male is the same age and only 40 inches. Males are smaller than females. I have never been bit or musked. they are great eaters and mine love to be handled. All hondurans are very brightly colored when they are young but darken as they get older. I think mine are prettier now since they have darkened.

Hello. Reaper is our pet. He hasn't been eating, and I was afraid, but now that I know it's most likely because he's about to shed, I feel much better. He's actually my boyfriend's idea, as I am aracnophobic, but being very calm and docile, he is slowly helping me to overcome my fear. Watching him eat and move and react to his environment has much overcome the fear I've had of spiders, though I am still a bit unsure about actually holding him as yet. Definitely a good idea for a pet. Even for aracnophobiacs.

My juvenile slider is very entertaining & I absolutely adore him. I also enjoy all the work I do to take care of him. These turtles make wonderful pets if you can commit to caring for and feeding them properly. They are so darn cute when they're little, but PLEASE refrain from getting one as an impulse purchase.

I had the Privilege of Co-habitating with a not so little white lip for well over 3 years. He was sick when I got him from the pet store (he had cancer of the blood) but I had to keep him anyway. I named him Pugsly (Like the boy from the Adams family). He was a real joy from day one, I still talk about him like he was a child. He was spoilt like one too! I never knew a frog could have such a personality but he had an attitude to back it up too. I used to love the look of total shock on everyone

Snakes are beautiful animals that are fun to handle but you never really know how they feel. This is what makes snakes so mysterious, but cool. I actually have a ball python that is almost 2 years old and 5 and a half feet long. He starts getting really fat but slims down all the time. He also sheds at least 3 times a week or more. This is why snakes are so awesome.
