THE EMPERER ANGEL WAS MY BEST CHOICE IN FISH. VERY EASY TO TAKE CARE OF AND VERY ACTIVE FISH. WAS HIDING FROM OTHER TANK MATES WHEN SHE FIRST ARRIVED BUT AFTER 2-3 DAYS SHE WAS OUT IN FRONT BEING THE CENTER OF ATTENTION. TRULY A GREAT FISH. A LITTLE COSTLY BUT WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. SHE EATS FLAKE FOOD, PELLETS, ALGEA, AND FROZEN BRINE. A MUST OWN FOR ALL SALTWATER FISH LOVERS.

I have a cherub dwarf angel mixed with a variety of fish from long horn cowfish, filefish damsels and maroon clowns. I find it holds its own when it comes to feeding time etc. I have found this specimen very hardy and would highly recommend them.

I disagree with this fish being peaceful and vegetarian. The one I have is a bully who eats anything that goes into the tank. I once placed 2 pieces of seaweed into the tank, and the fish guarded both pieces from my Flame Angel, and Midas Blenny. Currently it resides in the sump which is also a refugium.

One of my favourites! And one property you cant forget about him is he is very very intelligent. He even identifies the owner and will eat out of his hand. Try kissing him through the glass and he will kiss you back! Very good fish to have!

I recently brought one to cycle my 50 gal. I nickname him "CHECKERS" and i will say 1 thing about this fish,it is very hardy and eats just about anything.

My Passer is a periodic hellion, but like him any way, and he lives with a Queen, an enormous French angel, and a blue-ringed angel as well. He was raised with the blue ringed and queen since they were babies, it worked out, but have tried it the other way and introduced an older one and that was a disaster. The french angel is 12 inches and she/he keeps everyone in check including my queen trigger - they all reside in a 280 gallon tank now, but when the 3 angels I raised together were babies, I brought them up in a 55 gallon for about 2 years. Use a lot of vitamins! Get one! Brian
