Our first Fold, Angus, had the osteo issue, but lived just past his 18th birthday. I'm sure he was in a lot of pain the last several years, and gave up using the stairs about 3 years ago. He slept and was fed in the family room, loved to sleep on his big dog cushion in front of the fireplace on cool days and evenings. He is surely missed, even though I have two other Folds, one straight-eared. Thankfully, they don't have the osteo issue, and we hope to have them as long a time as we shared with our beloved Angus. Ottering and prairie dogging are distinct characteristics, and so sweet and funny to see. You will adore having a quiet and loving Fold in your home.

I recently bought a Traditional Siamese just after Christmas, and it was the best purchase I've ever made. Well him, and my two horses that he loves dearly might I add. He has the most amazing personality! I work at the local Tuesday Morning and he goes to work with me. He's the best salesman we have in the store. He greets the customers and then comes back to help me with whatever I'm doing. Siamese are amazing cats but if you're looking for a cat to catch mice I would not suggest you get one. Siam can't catch a mouse to save his life, unless it's a toy.

That cat looks like the wild cat that we get here in Scotland up in our highland mountains. I wouldn't be surprised that it's a cross from that. We already have lots of domestic cats that have bred with the wild mountain cat

My cat is a mix between a turkish angora and a flame point siamese cat and she is the prettiest thing I have ever seen before! She likes to sleep inside of plastic bags and she won't drink any water unless it's coming out of the faucet, or if the water is in someone's cup! She's very talkative and always thinks she needs to be scratched!

That is so funny because my turkish angora kitten only drinks out of a glass too , she loves wine glasses and will actually try to hold it with her paws like hands , she won't drink from a bowl so we give her a ice cream glass to drink from cause it looks like a glass but has a wide opening, lol it must be somthing in the breed to wanna drink out of glasses.

I have had two servels and I dearly loved them. I bought them as kittens and they were raised in the house with my family. My grand children played with them. Their names were nan'de and kenya, one was a female and one was a male. I lost both of them in different years. The female got sick, had to take her to OSU medical school for surgery, she later died. Now I have two cougars, but I loved my servels. I could keep them in the house. I got these servels when they were three weeks old and raised them on a bottle. Would love to have another one but can't find one.

Hi my name is Damien and I will keep you in mind when my servals are born. It won't be for about 9 to 12 months but I'm sure I will have them sooner or later. Sorry for your loss on the servals. You can contact me by email.

Would it be ok to use an electric harness on your serval? My family is thinking of getting one, but we dont want to cage him. There is a website that sells them... Thanks

I adopted Snowhite and Prince Charmin at a local rescue shelter. They are brother and sister and are almost 1yr. old now. They are amazing! They treat my Malteese as one of them. The male has one blue eye and one green. The female has green eyes. I just found out they are Turkish Angora's through reserch. I have owned cats all my life and knew these two were special. I thought it was unusual that they came running to play with the water coming out of the kitchen faucet. They run to the door to greet each guest and have to check out every shopping bag brought into the house. The male is larger then the female and has longer hair so far. They are BEAUTIFUL!!

I have an adorable 11-year-old Cornish Rex. She is still playful and boisterous as the day I brought her home when she was 6 weeks old. Very vocal, very affectionate, and very talented. She can open doors with her paws!

Even people who don't like cats love my kitty. She's just that good!
