yo man - 2011-01-29 Hey man. Arapaima can get to be 15 feet long. You will definitely need filtration. The tank should be at least 25 feet long. 15 feet wide and 6 feet deep. Enjoy your monster fish man!

You are so right! As you can see above, they need a minimum of 1000 gallons, and 2500 gallons is ideal.
