Mad Sad Bad Fish Owner - 2005-04-07 I already have loads of fish but the Lionhead beats them all!! I have 3 mini~sharks, two sting rays (believe it or not!) 5 piranas and 6 tropical warm~water fish but my collection is steadily growing! My house is becoming over~run with fish now!
Jade - 2005-02-20 I personally love lionheads!! I have one now that I have had him (im assuming)for about 3 years. His name is Squeegy and he is extremely active. He has grown to about 5 inches long, and does not look like he is going to stop growing any time soon. I have noticed that he is quite fond of fresh peas, and is a pig when it comes to feeding time. I highly recommend this type of fish for anybody who loves goldfish. Lionheads are beautiful and they are funny to watch and raise.

She was stunning to look and was always very active but today i forgot to check my aquarium before leaving to office and my air pump had stopped working. Some how male fish survived but my beautiful little jenny died:( i am feeling so sad for her. . . My bad:(
DAVID VANG - 2005-02-10 I HAVE 12 LIONHEADS AND 1 BLACK MOOR IN A 60 GAL. FISH TANK. THEY ARE FUN TO WATCH AND FEED. THEY WOULD SWIM ALL OVER THE PLACE AND SOMETIMES LOOK LIKE A SCHOOL TOGETHER. THEY LOVE TO KNOW THIEE SURRONDINGS. I HAVE 4 ORANGE OR RED, 4 BLACKS, AND 4 OTHER COLOR. THEY ARE STILL SMALL BUT FAT. THEIR HEADS ARE DEVELOPING TOO. THEY ARE NOT FOR BEGINNERS. I HAVE LOST 2 DUE TO ILLNESS, AND HEATED WATER.

The Lionhead Goldfish develops a fleshy growth that looks somewhat like a lion's mane... hence the name "Lionhead"!

Got a lionhead goldfish names "Poko" today. Very cute fish.
they are very nice.they even have a strong breeding capacity.they are very wonderful.

I have 2 lovely lionheads and they are currently trying to breed. I really enjoy them so much. They remind me of manatees!
