Marco - 2003-12-23 I have kept common and comet goldfish for 18 months now. I have been very happy with them, they are hardy, grow quickly, and are interesting fish to observe. They will also grow very quickly if properly cared for, mine are 3-5 times larger than when I first bought them. The most important thing to remember when keeping this fish is the water quality, just keep the water quality high and the goldfish will do very well.
