I have a Male and female mice, but i think the female is pregnant because she is in the same cage as the male. my mom says we should give the babies to the pet store but the store i got them from sold mice as snake food. I want to find good homes for them all.

Lydia, to be honest swimming upsidedown is a sign of swim-bladder disease. It is NOT fatal, but I reccomend treatment.

Lee, You can get either flakes or frozen foods, both of these sink to bottom quite fast

exotics such as chinchillias are cute and all, but they are a wild animal, wich makes it wrong to keep somthing with so much survival instinct to be locked away in a cage! even if it has company and is in perfect health chances are it will develope abnormal behaviors because of the stress!

ive known a friend who got a chinchillia from a shelter. two 2 year old females. their previous home thaught they would be the perfect pets, if their so perfect why did they end up in a shelter? anyways my friend called me and told me what pathetic survivors they were, i thaght she might have exadurated but when i actually met them i realized she was right! they were a mess...pacing back and forth bobbing their heads(this was caused from the stress they recieved at their old home full of kids and from the comotion of the shelter) they were both aggresive and even bit each other when one of them startled the other!

i hope you see my point and think twice before getting a chinchillia

When I first got the 10 " shark he would not eat. It took 2 months for him to relax enough to eat with the light on when I drop in sinking discs. However it still has a damaged nose from when it banged into the glass when I first brought it home. It healed some but there are still 2 spots that are raw and dont heal.

My Black Moors are really cool. I have 3 and I keep them in a Biorb filtered goldfish bowl. They are called Chorky, Ikea and Minty. Its very relaxing to watch them and they look really cool in my new room. They get on fine with each other and with other fish, as i used to keep some in a mixed tank. I would recommend these great fish to anyone.

I have had many little mice before and they are so cute! Ive tried lots of different housing including wire cages, fish tanks, plastic tanks and they all work well. I want to breed a pair of mice and have babys but I am still waiting for my mum to say yes. Also, all my mice seem to become over weight very quickly? I feed them normal hamster and mouse food and only occasionaly give them treats bought from pet shops. They always have an exercise wheel too. please could you tell me how to prevent this on your mouse page. Thank you.

i play banjo, but never even knew there was such a thing as a banjo catfish until recently. while at the pet store i purchased a $1.oo lump of java fern(live plant), which the pet guy wadded up into a little ball and threw into a paper sack. then, i went to dinner, ate, had a dandy ole time, and drove home...total elapsed time, about an hour and a half. once home, i threw this clump of plant stuff into my tank, where it slowly began to spread out. later in the evening, much to my suprise, i saw this crazy looking fish in my tank which i had NO EARTHLY CLUE how it got there, or what it was...then my hot fish-nerd girlfriend identified it as a baby BANJO CATFISH. so there, beat that.
