Guinea pigs are wonderul first pets for younger children (5 and over) as they seldom bite and will sit still for them for long periods of time.

We have a Kissing Gourami that we have had for 16 years, he likes to be alone from other fish and recognizes us on sight. He gets mad and splashes if we do not feed him immediately. He about 5-6 inches long and we purchased him for our daughter when she was 15, she is now 31. He has been very enjoyable.

I love my mini-rex. His name is Little Bunny Foo Foo like the rhyme. He gives me kisses and is very aware of where I am at all times. He plays hard and loves to go outside and play in the grass, with supervision of course. He is the best pet that I have ever had and it would break my heart if anything ever happened to him. I love bunnies.

Hi i have 2 mice named Ella and Jack. They are really easy to care for and they make great pets. So yes hamsters are adorable little critters because i have 2 so i know. But i also, like i said before, have 2 mice. I am breeding them so if you want to breed critters i would recommend you get mice because i tryed breeding hamsters and all they did was fight. Also if you are going to breed put them together when they are young. Thanks 4 listening

I have a black dwarf rabbit named Charlie. We got her...get this...13 years ago! I understand that the life expectancy of a dwarf rabbit is 8-10 years. She is truly a remarkable rabbit. We have had many wonderful years with her, and treasure the days we have left with her.

My wife and I have a Dutch bunny who is Medium Brown and White, named Bailey, and is just under four years old. She is not just a pet but a member of our family, she is our first child and is treated as such. Our lives are so much brighter because she is around. She is a house rabbit and has her own bathroom, dishes, bed, toys, and is fed nothing but the best food. We even buy her Christmas presents and celebrate her birthday. She loves bananas and her papaya treats. She has such a personality and is so social and loving it is truly hard to consider her an animal, but more of a person. She is the most affectionate rabbit I have ever seen. We love her more than anything and pray every day that she will live as long of a life as possible. We had her spayed before she was a year old, and her vet is one of the best in the midwest. I definitely recommend bringing this animal into your life, I never thought I would care for and love a rabbit as I was a dog person before, but she truly is one awesome animal and we are blessed to have her.

MY FRIEND GAVE ME SOME TYPE OF FRESH WATER SHARK A FEW MONTHS AGO. HE COULD FIT IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND. SHE NEGLECTED TO FEED IT AND CHANGE ITS WATER FOR 2 MONTHS. THE SHOCK KILLED HIM WITHIN MINUTES AFTER I CLEANED HIS TANK. MY DAUGHTER WAS DEVASTATED, SO THE NEXT DAY WE WENT AND BOUGHT HER 3 GOLDFISH. ONE WAS A COMET GOLDFISH, A BLACK MOOR OF COURSE, AND A BRISTOL SHUBUNKIN. I NAMED THE BLACK MOOR RANON, HE EATS OUT OF YOUR HAND AND LETS YOU PET HIS HEAD. I KNOW HE IS A LITTLE FISH BUT I AM VERY ATTACHED. WE NAMED OUR OTHER FISH KATIE, CHALENDRA, AND OUR SUCKER FISH MADDOX. I AM GLAD THAT THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT LOVE THEIR LITTLE FISHES TO. BLUE MOORS ARE MY FAVORITE FISHES BY FAR.

Like the convict cichlids, they are very easy to breed and keep. They love brine shrimp and even baby livebearers! If your pair are spawning for the first time they most likely will eat their first couple of spawns. They settle into aquariums very easily and can produce "nuclear families".

Rats do not get colds as we know the definition of a cold to be, they get Mycoplasmosis which resembles a cold at first but is a deadly virus and needs immediate treatment for the rat to survive.

I got my guinea pig 2 weeks ago. my dad says it might be 8 or 9 weeks old. on the first day i got it, it was bleeding a few hours later because it got its toenail caught in one of the tiny tiny holes in the cage. so my dad had to put a board above the holes so that it doesn`t happen again. its name is oreo. its black white and brown and we don`t know if its a male or a female yet because its still a baby
